OTTAWA INTERNATIONAL ANIMATION FESTIVAL ::
It’s been a whole week since my return from Ottawa Canada. This year Postage attended the Ottawa International Animation Festival to drink in the very best and brightest in the animation industry. As many people know Postage has a very strong animation arm, based on a pipeline we’ve developed in house. Attending events like film festivals are very important tools for getting us out of our own heads and absorb the diversity the international industry has to offer. Some personal favorites were “The Exteranl World” by David O’Reilly and “In a Pig’s Eye” by Atsushi Wada.
As we finish work on Atomic Robo: Last Stop, we set our sights to next year’s festival. Perhaps next year we’ll return as featured filmmakers. Until then, enjoy this picture from a store front display in downtown Ottawa!

Petite découverte du jour que ce court métrage sur ce robot guerrier accomplissant des missions d’un genre particulier. Il y a un petit côté Hellboy version robot la dedans. Le style graphique n’est peut-être pas forcément incroyable, mais j’aime bien l’énergie qui se dégage de ces quelques minutes.
