Progress at Postage ::
I’m about half way into my internship here at Postage, Inc. where a lot of excitement has occured lately. The Atomic Robo: Last Stop Kickstarter campaign has so far attracted 809 backers and pledges worth $53,215. The campaign still has 30 days to go! From the beginning I have been gathering information on Comiccons and now it’s official, theFictory and Postage, Inc. will exhibit in Artist Alley at the Boston Comiccon, April 21-22. It’s time to research van prices. They also plan to attend a few other cons (Baltimore) and I have been in contact with programming directors to help theFictory hold a panel discussion about Atomic Robo: Last Stop.
Postage, Inc. has also received some great reviews of Pinball Shuffle. iGameRadio posted a review online stating, “[Pinball Shuffle] merg[es] an interesting storyline with 3D pinball effects.” The game app re-launch was effective as Postage is seeing an increase in Pinball Shuffle sales. Now Postage, Inc. continues working on their new game app, Nova Golf. The game is still in the design and animation process, but Nova Golf will be ready for launch soon.
Meanwhile, Allen has been getting ready to travel back to his hometown Lafayette, Louisiana. He is working to complete his documentary film, We Are Cajun., about the Cajun people and culture. I have just begun some research and writing for the project. Postage, Inc. plans to hold a Kickstarter campaign for the documentary in the near future.
